Please accept my apologies for the delay in sending this email of thanks to you and the rest of Chameleon for the fabulous music you provided for our wedding on 4th May 2013 at Ripley Castle. Everything was perfect!
We have received so many comments from our guests who all agreed that you are incredibly talented musicians and people were so complimentary of the wonderful atmosphere you were able to create for our reception. You set the mood perfectly during the drinks reception, meal and the evening reception.
The experience I received from you personally was so professional. Your passion for the band was evident throughout our conversations prior to the event and I was so grateful for your reassurance and patience during the booking process. You had so much time for me and you were always happy to talk to me to discuss our requirements. I had previously had so many bad experiences trying to book a band for our wedding and you were like a breath of fresh air.
It was so much easier to deal with you rather than an agent who deals with hundreds of bands they know only a little bit about. By dealing with you directly, I had no concerns about the music on the day as you had taken the stress away by talking with me and my husband on numerous occasions, so you knew exactly what we wanted. You were also incredibly good value for money, especially as you spent the whole day with us and travelled down from the North East to play – which was much appreciated!
It was consistently clear from making our initial enquiry how important it was for you that we had a good day, for example by your excellent rendition of our first song. You also used your vast experience on the day to tailor the music you played to make sure that everything went as planned, which it certainly did as the dance floor was never empty.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you, and we have already tried to work out the next occasion we could ask Chameleon to play at. I was delighted to see the band at a large fundraiser a few weeks after the wedding and again, the dance floor was packed all night and no one wanted you to stop playing.
We booked a band for the wedding to add an extra special finishing touch and we certainly received this from you and more!
